Sažetak
Results of quantitative AAS analysis (Table 1) indicated constant regular copper accumulation in the liver tissue. In relation to the control group copper concentration increased up to 18 times during the 50days of the treatment. Acid phosphatase activity, demonstrated by the histochemical method, was present in peribilliary located granules wich represents lysosomes ( Fig. 1 and Fig.2). Their number and size increased during the treatment. The examination are approved by image analyser measurements (Fig. 5) wich indicate the increase of lysosomes number from 311 up to 445 per field. Also, at the beginning of the treatment the lysosomes covered area was 669 ľm2 and within 50 days of treatment it shows the increase of up to 1731 ľm2. Histochemically demonstrated ATPase was located in the bile canaliculi walls (Fig.3 and Fig. 4). During the treatment enzyme activity became stronger and the lumen of the canaliculi much widen. Image analyser measurements indicated that the number of canaliculi was constant (236 per field) but there was the increase of ATPase positive area (Fig. 6) from 18.301 ľm2 up to 30.766 ľm2 within 50 days treatment.
