Sažetak
This paper is an attempt to explore affective factors of Croatian eight grade learners of English. The first part of the paper outlines various definitions and findings on affective factors, with special attention given to motivation and self-concept are discusses in the light of findings from a study of 1065 grade 8 students of English in Croatia.
