Sažetak
Piezoelectric materials have application in electromechanical sensors and transducers, which are important part of electronic instrumentation for measurements. The paper is a small contribution in analysis of the interaction of two dissimilar piezoelectric materials. PZT-6B and PZT-4 materials behavior has been analyzed. Analyzing the dislocation-crack interacting problems is the most interesting part necessary for advancement of new technologies of miniaturization. The expressions for the electro-elastic fields and forces acting on a screw dislocation are given as complex function explicit forms. Corresponding normalized energy is calculated and simulated.
