Sažetak
In present text, on the basis of the previous experience, I tried to present the thesis about the advantages of the system of parliamentary democracy in Central and Eastern Europe due to two big reversions in waves of democratisation in 1922-1989, coloured with fundamentalist ideologies of fascism/ national socialism and communism.
