Sažetak
This study investigated complexity of the family business rising from the family entrepreneurial maturity (family system), stage of business development (business system) ; and managerial or controlling system (ownership). Study found some significant differences in the features of the behavior, strategy and structures of the multigenerational family firms in comparison with single generation family firms in Croatia. Recomendation for categorization of the family firms are suggested. Suggestions for managerial attention are provided. Further research refinements are presented.
