Sažetak
The purpose of this case study was to determine the types of educational technology used in the classrooms of selected special education teachers and the perceived benefits and barriers of using educational technology. The researcher used a qualitative case study approach with interviews and direct observations of special educators from urban, suburban and rural school districts. The results are discussed in terms of the factors that influence students’ empowerment.
