Sažetak
This work is based on Max Weber's paradigm of mutual conditioning between the socio-economic structures of society and the religious beliefs. According to Weber, there are two types of ascetism (inner-worldly asacetism and trans-wordly ascetism) as well as three types of redemption: self-redemption, sacramental redemption and redemption by duty. Weber's above mentioned paradigm is aplliable in postmodern world. Socio-economic structures of postmodern world and widespreed New Age spirituality are mutualy conditioned.
