Sažetak
The main intention of this paper is to emphasise the problem of continuity between the Roman roads in Illyricum. The Romans encountered an important network of old commercial interconnections in the Subalpine, Adriatic, Pannonian and Balkans regions. The process of Romanisation can be properly understood only with the knowledge of these road networks.
