Sažetak
Charts are constructed for calculating the Total Intensity magnetic effect of thin horizontal plates limited by irregular contour lines . Bodies of final vertical thickness amy be divided into thin horizontal sections, and the effect calculated for each for section. A test is performed by comparing the effect of a sphere calculated by charts and by a theoretical formula for a sphere. The differences were below 0.5%. A practical example is given on an airborne magnetic survey over a known magnetic lacolit. Application possibilities of the method in Croatia are discussed.
