Sažetak
There were no difference in whole blood molybdenum content as assessed by our newly developed differential pulsed anodic stripping voltametry (DPASV), and electro thermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ET-AAS) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) analytical procedures, respectively. Since the analytical data (n=30) showed high skeweness to the right, the median (1.76 micro g Mo L-1) was a better true representative of molybdenum in the blood than the mean (2.55 micro g Mo L-1). The bilogical significance of that skeweness remains to be elucidated.
