Sažetak
Normal, habituated and transformed in vitro tissue lines of sugar beet (Beta vulgaris L.), horse-radish (Armoracia lapthifolia Gilib.) and potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) were studied with regard to isoesterase patterns. Isoenzymes were separated in gradient gels (5-12%) of polyacrylamide and by isoelectric focusing in pH range 4-9. Naphtylacetate was used as a substrate. Developmentally specific patterns were obtained. Normal, habituated and crown gall tumour tissue of sugar beet have distinct isoesterase patterns. Horse-radish TN tumour and teratoma TM differed only in one anodic isoenzyme. Malformed shoots and unorganised tissue of teratoma were very similar in their patterns. In potato tuber tissue a dominant dark band disappeared during tumour development. The gradient gels gave more stable and reproducible izoenzyme patterns than isoelectric focusing.
