Sažetak
Preparation of the novel regiospecifically trifluoromethyl substituted anthracene (2) and dibenzobarrelene (3) containing two trifluoromethyl groups and the hydrophilic diethylamino group substituted unsymmetrically at the vynilenic bridge of the middle ring is described. The stereostructure is determined by the X-ray crystallographic analysis. The geometrical data obtained by X-ray structural analysis indicate that C-C bond length asymmetry of the central bridge involved in the barrelene skeleton of 3.
