Sažetak
In BPH patients with a large prostate and scattered cancer foci Finasteride therapy reduces total PSA value to a lesser extent (ca 30%) than in true BPH patients (>50%) while %FPSA remains unchanges or drops to the cancer region(<18). This data were obtaind on 48 subjects.
