Sažetak
Short introduction of the Zagreb Radiocarbon Laboratory with presentation of investigations in different scientific fields will be given. Isotope methods (14C, 13C, 3H, 2H, 18O, 230Th/234U) have been used in investigations of the Karst area in Croatia (Dinaric Karst covers more then 50% of all country). Results of dating of calcareous deposits (tufa, speleothems, lake sediments) applied in palaeoclimatic study, karst environmental study including anthropogenic influence, carbon exchange processes (atmospheric CO2→ soil CO2 → DIC in water → carbonates) and some application in the sea-level change study will be presented.
