Sažetak
The paper presents the results, achieved by measurements performed during the exploitation of installation in vhich nonconventional energy sources have been used for the purpose of heating and cooling the tourist village on the northern Adriatic coast. The results have shovn that the ratio between the consumed fuel energy in a generating plant and the total utilized energy is 1:3, 4. Owing to such an experience, the decision has been made to use heat pumps with energy from the sea during the winter, and from air condition systems during the summer as a source of evaporating heat. Heat pumps supply with energy the tourist village final phase, capacity 2000 persons. The steps for decreasing investment and exploitation costs are shown. Anticipation of energy consumption in the final phase of erection is calculated.
