Sažetak
This study examines the artwork reproductions obtained by different substrates. According to its character the investigated picture belongs to the tonal visually presentable system. The basic structural element of the observed system is brightness. Changing the brightness value the space relation of visual form´s elements has been obtained. It is characterized by the dominant hue of the determined part of the spectrum. Reproduction quality analysis was performed visually and instrumentally. By choosing the methods the subjective opinion was combined with the objectively obtained measuring results. Analyzing the obtained results it is possible to see the nature of the correlation between the human ability to see and experience the picture in relation to the results obtained by the instrumental measurements. Based on the analysis of a particelar sample the acquired results can be applied on defined area of the colour spectrum contained in the investigated picture.
