Sažetak
Conclusions: Absent or reversed end-diastolic flow in fetal aorta and umbilical artery are findings which have clinical significance in the prediction of the hypoxic brain injury. It seems that measurement of the cerebral blood flow is not so important in prediction of the fetal hypoxic brain lesions.
