Sažetak
This paper describes an indoor wireless network planning tool based on ray-tracing. The software calculates the signal power, phase and delay profile for the whole environment. Transmission, reflection and diffraction are used to calculate ray parameters. Software algorithm is described. Comparison with measurements on IEEE 802.11b equipment and other propagation calculation software is given. Calculation time, accuracy and possible improvements are discussed. Possible areas of application are given.
