Sažetak
Croatian wood processing and furniture manufacturing was one of the industrial branches which nett income in foreign currency was the highest of all the industrial branches. Unfortunatelly, the working capital did not follow the foreign currency income, privatization was conducted differently then in other transition countries, big systems were torn apart and transfered to a number of small enterprises, so nowdays wood processing and furniture manufacturing is not on the level were it should be regarding its possibilities and resources. It all reflects on the investments in Croatian wood processing and furniture manufacturing, esepcially on foreign investments.
