Sažetak
The research was conducted with an opinion poll carried out in Croatian wood industry firms. It was establishing the number of decisions being taken by managers on the basis of subjective factors and those situations where in decision-making managers use their intuition. It was established that over 35 % of all decisions at all decision-making levels are made on the basis of subjective factors and intuition, at some levels even more then 50 % in average. Those results could be the basis for developing of a new model of decision-making.
