Sažetak
The former way of implementing the SWOT method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) did not consider the dynamics of system. By observing feedback loops it can be stated that the choice of only one alternative means leaving to pure chance all the factors that are not included into the alternative, which depending on the power of the factor can have disastrous consequences for the organisation. For the purpose of comprehension interaction of the all SWOT elements it will be use System Dynamics methodology.
