Sažetak
The influence of phosphorescent pigment concentration on fluorescence of optical bleached cotton fabrics was investigated. The partially superponed remission spectra is the phenomena observed in this experiments. The optical brightener added in the low concentrations rapidly increases the remission intensity. By increasing the concentration of optical brightener higher that optimal one, the intensity of the fluorescence is decreased and the bathochromic shift of the remission spectrum appeared. In this paper the cotton fabric is treated with optical brightener that is followed by printing with phosphorescent pigment in wide range of concentration. Cotton fabric printed with phosphorescent pigment has lower remission value than chemical bleached (untreated) one. Low concentrations of phosphorescent pigment slowly increase the remission of treated cotton fabric, while the cotton fabrics printed with higher concentrations have almost the same remission as untreated one.
