Sažetak
Fast development and everyday need to adjust the users to sophisticated communication technologies frequently emphasizes distance learning as insufficiently effective teaching method. Development of Statistics webpage aimed at achieving synergic effect resulting from advantages of two methods of teaching: traditional or « ex cathedra» , and distance or web teaching. The web page is enriched by additional menus with broader contents because the intention was to make the site attractive enough both for the students and for accidental visitors. Teaching materials available on the web page of Statistics are conceptualized as a combination of book and workbook. Since the materials have not been previously reviewed, the page is continuously updated in accordance with spotted disadvantages, and consequently new materials are added to it. The paper includes page description, page analysis, as well as the changes in the teaching procedure enabled by the page itself.
