Sažetak
E. coli bacteria was found in the normal intestinal microflora of animals and humans, where she participated in the production of smaller amounts of cellulose, vitamin K, and B12, riboflavin and thiamine. Some serological variants of bacteria can cause disease especially in children and young animals. Among the animal diseases caused by strains of E. coli is the most common infections. In this paper, we evaluate the effect of immunomodulators levamisole which the pigs were processed, and then infected with ETEC strain. On samples of jejunum after processing, qualitative and quantitative analysis, we evaluate the activation of immunological cells in the intestinal mucosa. Abundance limfoidicak and myeloid cells in the lymphatic tissues of the digestive system is significantly increased in piglets that were processed prior to infection levamisolom compared with untreated, infected experimental pigs. Reactivity of monoclonal antibodies CD3, CD21, CD45RA, CD45RC, SWC3 IgA provided a clear insight into the distribution and share of T and B lymphocytes, macrophages, dendritic and plasma cells.
