Sažetak
Implementation of applicable methods of incentive regulation represents a complex problem for regulatory authorities. Therefore, this problem should be analyzed though different aspects, taking into consideration parameters, such as incentive's mechanism defined by regulatory authorities, enabling thus development of distribution activity and increase of efficiency and productivity. This article gives the insight in distribution activity in Croatia having in mind the basic principles of electricity market reform. In addition it deals with different methods of incentive regulation, emphasizing the possibility of applying incentive regulation in distribution of electricity in Croatia. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the quality of supply mechanism and its implementation as a supplement to incentive regulation.
