Sažetak
An experimental and numerical fracture analysis of stiffened panels damaged by either single or multiple-site collinear cracks, under lateral pressure, is presented. The experimental and numerical models are to a certan extent related to a part of the side shell structure of a ship exposed to wave loads.In order to investigate crack propagation, crack curving and crack arrest in stiffened panels, various pressurised tests were performed.
