Sažetak
The inhibiting efficiency of various imidazole derivatives on atmospheric corrosion of copper on printed circuit boards was investigated. The experiments were carried out on double sided copper boards using a procedure based on international standards and applied in the electronics industry. The electrochemical measurements were performed on copper in solutions containing imidazole derivatives. The investigation was performed under stationary and flow conditions. The influence of the flow velocity and temperature on the inhibiting characteristics of imidazole derivatives was investigated. The results show that the imidazole derivatives studied have good inhibiting properties for copper protection against atmospheric corrosion.
