Sažetak
In order to improve software maintenance process an objective and in depth evaluation of the existing maintenance process is indispensable. The paper presents a method for the assessment of software maintenance process. It is based on process modelling that applies the queuing theory. A case study is presented to illustrate the usefulness of the approach for analysing process performance.
