Sažetak
The author takes stock of some argumentative topoi in the discourse of the "East European Enlightenment", examines the Enlightenment as a socio-cultural product of contemporary urban scenes, and then sketches the Prague Enlightenment and its contexts as a case study of the Enlightenment in the Bohemian lands, symbolically conceived as part of the "East European" periphery.
