The paper aims to demonstrate how changeable subjects and modes of public communication of Euroscepticism in Croatia affect different semantic filling and ideological evaluation of the very same symbol of local culture as well as how it corresponds with the motto of global artistic and social action CowParade: "Cows will let the world know who we are".
