Sažetak
This paper analyses problems arising at workplaces at work at high temperatures breaking the employees' health. The equipment to reduce the negative influence on human organism is described. At a plant measurements were made under such microclimatic conditions, and the collected data were analyzed. Based on the obtained results, suggestions about the improvement of working conditions were made.
