Sažetak
Cultural transitions in Southeastern Europe are strongly influenced by the spread of new technologies and by the new socio-political reorganization of the region. Redefinition of cultural identities reflects this new situation. There is a constant, but slow move from the politics of representation of the national identities to the politics of recognition of all cultural identities in the region, which gradually helps multicultural tolerance and intercultural cooperation. Both are prompted by development of cultural industries and changes in cultural cooperation which moves slowly from the state sponsored to the civil society sponsored or market projects.
