Sažetak
The phenomenon of excessive erosion represents a geohazard. According to its effects the erosion may be considered either as a hydrotechnical problem due to the rapid reservoir loading with sediment or as a geotechnical problem due to the erosion instability of slope cut (e.g. in road construction). In both cases it is a question of earth material and field degradation that requires geotechnical remedial measures. It is to be particularly pointed out that the goal of research has been to quantify the erosion instability of flysch type clastic deposits. Erodibility of the deposits unther consideration is found to be extremely high and it represents an excessive erosion that determine the geotechnical condition of certain terrain.
