Sažetak
The autor explored the topics of migration and asylum law and policy in Croatia, in the context of Croatian adjustment of its legal system to the acquis and its obligations under the Stabilisation and Association Agreement. Four major subjects were discussed: 1) entry, visa regime and border control ; 2) admission and residence of third country nationals ; 3) asylum and refugee law and 4) termination of illegal residence, return and repatriation.
