Sažetak
The lecture was about the preparations that Croatia will have to take in order to prepare its judges for the membership in the EU. It started from the analisys of the tasks and powers of national judges in the present EU, and compared this with the tasks and powers of judges in Croatia. The conclusion was that accession (and the preparation for accession) will have the gratest impact on the perceptions that judges have about the law. In other words, it will cause changes in the legal culture in croatia.
