Sažetak
The study was undertaken to test candidin and C. albicans cell suspensions as the antigens for in vitro testing of delayed hypersensitivity. We examined 43 healthy, skin tested, children (1-15 years of age). In vitro test was performed with the highest nontoxic doses of antigens. Both antigens were suitable for discrimination of candidin positive and negative groups.
