Sažetak
Adequate terrain administration is in general interest of the society, and it is also significant from viewpoint of clients who invest into construction. In most of the countries, particulary those in transition, investors, wishing to invest into construction often face a series of difficulties and problems during the process of acquiring all required grants and construction permits. There is e series of preliminary actions which must be conducted according to valoid laws, so it is essential the local managing authorities give their significant contribution to simplification of entire procedure through best possible organisation and application of new organisational and managerial knowledge and techniques, project management for instance, which is here recommended.
