Sažetak
At the very end of year 2000 two very important amendments of organizational procedural law were adopted - those to the Law on Courts and the Law on the State Judicial Council. Both laws were published in time to become effective from the beginning of 2001. These amendments, after many months of work on reforming the regulations on court organization, may serve as a basis for a serious reform of the Croatian judiciary and the justice system as a whole.
