Sažetak
While moderating plenary discussion at the international conference, the author has presented the concept of timeframes in the judicial proceedings, arguing that simplistic concepts of overall or average duration have to be avoided. Yet, in conclusion, it was stated that comparisons are difficult, but necessary and possible.
