Sažetak
Separation of the enantiomers of norephedrine by support-free liquid-liquid technique using roration locular counter-current chromatography were reported. In the experimnet carried out at 0o the two main maxima corresponding to the 1S- and 1-R enantiomers were observed. The second experiment, carried out at 2-3 o , showed that practically pure enantiomers can be obtained by the RLCC technique.
