Sažetak
Software lies at the core of telecommunications. This area is now becoming more open from technology and market point of view. The market dictates high demand on the product and services performance quality. It is question how to adopt good practice from the standard computing industry and apply it on the changing world of telecommunication industry. This article describes the application of SEI Capability Maturity Model (CMM) on the organisation of processes and their improvements inside the telecommunication software design.
