Sažetak
The information content and values of discriminating power have been calculated for 11 systems used in thin-layer chromatographic (TLC) investigations of flavonoids and phenolic acids of Salviae folium. The TLC systems were classified by clustering methods. The results obtained by these numerical methods are similar. Most suitable chromatoraphic systems for the separation of investigated compounds are: ethyl acetate-formic acid-acetic acid-water (100:11:11:27 V/V) and ethyl acetate-formic acid-water (8:1:1 V/V).
