Sažetak
Divers computer applications deal with planning and establishing production terms. All these applications are about production planning by means of scheduling in advance or backwards, each of the production orders treated as separate projects. We shall here present one of the applications that may help in production planning, in case that a bigger number of production orders simultaneously compete for the processing in the same machine. In this case we should determine the priority of each of the production orders so that total duration of the production cycle is as short as possible. Based on particular method for priority determination, we can get the schedules for the individual production orders with shortening of the production cycle duration.
