Sažetak
I recent communication we reported on the isolation and identification of alkaloids from the overgroung part of Yugoslav Corydalis solida. The plant material was collected from two different floristic regions: Fruška Gora in Vojvodina and mountain Mosor at the Adriatic coast during 1990.The air-dried plant material was extracted with ethanol and the extract was evaporated to dryness. The residue was dissolved in 5 % CH3COOH and fractioned using ether and chlorophorm. Each alkaloid-countaining fraction was separated by a combination of column chromatography and preparative TLC. The identity of the isolated compounds was estabilished by spectroscopic (UV, IR, H-NMR).
