Sažetak
Photoluminescence spectra of electron-irradiated CdS_1-xSe_x single crystals (0<=x<=0.6) are studied. The changes of the photoluminescence band intensities in the visible spectral range versus the irradiation dose appear to be different for the sulphur-rich and selenium-rich mixed crystals. The models for the corresponding recombination centres are discussed. High-energy irradiation is shown to result in the formation of isolated defects, not their clusters in CdS_1-xSe_x.
