Sažetak
Single crystals of Cu_6PS_5(Br_1-xI_x) solid solutions are obtained by chemical transport reactions. The crystals are investigated by X-ray and spectrometric techniques at room temperature. The effect of Br® ; ; I anionic substitution upon the absorption edge energy position and refractive index dispersion in Cu_6PS_5(Br_1-xI_x) crystals is studied. The compositional variation of the cubic lattice parameter, density, optical pseudogap and refractive index are analyzed.
