Sažetak
Aircraft collisions at high altitudes are fortunately very rare, but when they occur, the reconstruction of their cause presents a specific technical problem. The reason for this is wide area of scattered aircraft debris due to the fall from high altitude which causes difficulties in searching for all the parts, as well as due to the additional damage caused by the ground impact. The paper presents methods applied in solving such problems using as example the analyses of the aircraft accident over Vrbovec (VOR Zagreb) on september 10, 1976.
