Sažetak
Pseudopolarograms of lead (II) constructed from the voltammograms measured in situ in the sediment and in the interstitial water by an Ir solid microelectrode are shown to be a kind of fingerprints of the sample. In spite of drawbacks when compared to mercury drop electrode and model solutions, the procedure of measurement was adapted for sufficient signal repeatability, avoiding to reasonable extent the memory effect and blocking of the electrode surface. For the best usage of available information, besides classical pseudopolarograms, i.e. dependence of the peak-height on the deposition potential, the peakarea, the peak-position and the half-peak width on the deposition potential dependencies should be analyzed, and combined with the knowledge from various theoretical and model situations. It is shown that they contain interesting speciation information, not always unambiguous and often semi-quantitative, but out of reach to other methods, in combination with which, could be useful for characterization of the solution. Pseudopolarograms of lead (II) in different liquid fractions of the sediment are measured and compared.
