Sažetak
Research of new methods of architectural design is based on at least three areas that generate big changes in society and have a great impact on the development of modern civilizations : investors - economic power, ecological dependence and ICT – Information and Communication Technology. In this respect we can single out three areas on which is based the research of new methods of architectural design: homeland, the relation between virtual and real and Interoperability. Space is the only limiting element for possible changes in the future. In that respect, a possible path towards grasping new designing methods is research into HOMELAND as an overall notion of a milieu (environmental, cultural, social etc) inhabited by people, possible spatial changes in the relation between REAL SPACE and VIRTUAL SPACE and organization, realization and control of changes in a built out space through INTEROPERABILITY IN AEC (architecture, engineering, construction).
