Sažetak
The aim of the report is to show some very well known diseases from various fields of dermatology and their association with extracutaneous changes, and the following diseases are presented: erythema multirome, livedo reticularis, purpura hyperglobulinemica, pyoderma gangrenosum, necrobiosis lipoidica, vitiligo, urticaria pigmentosa, etc. In conclusion, the above mentioned dermatoses are porposed to be classified as systemic diseases and to employ appropriate diagnosis.
